Carl Alford
Founder & CEO
Carl has worked in Civil / Structural engineering since 1983. He has experience on many high profile projects.
Carl has helped build the professional services and training business at Nola Studios with a focus on the Civil Engineering side. He developed the first Autodesk Civil 3D project in the UK and also has assisted many clients developing BIM projects.
Angie Noviello
Founder & CEO
Angie is an experienced project manager and design technician since 2001 with a strong background in commercial, residential design and mechanical engineering.
Angie now works primarily assisting clients with their BIM project requirements. Beside her work Angie has an MSc in BIM Information Management, developing key skills in BIM project management.

Architectural Technician
Peter is an MSc Architect and 3D Visualiser specialising in highly accurate, photo-realistic visualisations of architectural, engineering, and construction projects. He has worked with a wide range of clients, including developers, architects, and interior designers, and is skilled in BIM workflows, using Revit and 3ds Max to integrate design models into collaborative environments.
Jeen Qian
Survey & BIM Specialist
Jeen is an architectural professional with a strong background in digital surveying, specialising in point cloud data processing and reality capture workflows. He has extensive experience working with laser scanning technologies, transforming complex survey data into accurate and detailed 3D models for architectural, engineering and construction projects.
Inez Glauber
Structural Engineer
Inez is a drafting technician and structural engineer specialising in designing and producing CAD drawings for buildings in the UK, covering planning permission, building control, and construction packages. Her experience includes a 4-year tenure as a structural engineer, where she honed her skills in checking and creating high-quality building drafts.
Paolo Mannino
Design Coordinator
Paolo is a highly experienced architecture professional with over 25 years of industry experience. He has held roles including Technical Design Manager, Site Assistant, and Project Manager, demonstrating strong versatility across both design and on-site delivery. He is recognised for his excellent technical drawing skills and his ability to produce precise, high-quality documentation efficiently.
