3D BIM
Modelling
We build 3D digital models using Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D across a wide range of sectors, enabling improved project coordination and digital delivery. We also specialize in enriching models with structured asset information aligned with COBie requirements. Additionally, we have experience working with different standards, specifications, and Levels of Detail (LOD).

3D Survey
Modelling
We create precise 3D survey models using native point cloud data captured from terrestrial and drone surveys, as well as total stations, ensuring high accuracy and strict tolerance control. Our models allow clients to measure dimensions, inspect architectural and structural details, plan renovations, and integrate new designs directly within the existing environment. We have extensive experience with listed buildings, capturing fine historical details, as well as modern constructions with complex exposed steel structures.

Measurement
Reports
We produce area measurement reports for buildings, including GIA, NIA and GEA, in accordance with RICS and IPMS standards. These are typically generated from laser scans of the building and accurately modelled and measured in CAD. Our work most commonly involves schools, hospitals, and newly constructed or refurbished buildings.
