  • London Wall, Wide Area Redevelopment

    London Wall, Wide Area Redevelopment

This project involved the development of a comprehensive 3D model of a large and complex urban area using survey point cloud data. The work focused on accurately capturing a range of existing and proposed elements, including buildings, road networks, bridges, underground car parks, and the historic Roman wall, ensuring both geometric precision and contextual coherence across the site.

Particular attention was given to capturing ornate architectural features, requiring careful interpretation of complex geometries and intricate detailing. In addition to the architectural components, the model incorporated structural elements and exposed MEP systems, resulting in a comprehensive and information-rich representation of the building.

  • Edinburgh Tram Improvement Scheme

    Edinburgh Tram Improvement Scheme

This project covered modelling the tram alignment along with the surrounding roads, footways, and cycle paths for the Museum of London development. A BIM model was created with detailed asset information, including Uniclass, Asset, and COBie data, to represent different pavement makeups accurately.

The final model was incorporated into the end client’s federated BIM environment, providing a fully coordinated digital asset for design verification, project management, and ongoing infrastructure use

  • Roman Way Bridge, BMW Mini Plant

Roman Way Bridge, BMW Mini Plant

The task involved creating a detailed 3D model of the existing bridge at the BMW Mini Plant in Oxford using survey point cloud data. The model captured the full geometry and structural features of the bridge to ensure an accurate representation for engineering and design purposes.

  • Leeds University Science Building MEP for Special Gases

Leeds University Science Building MEP for Special Gases

The work consisted of modelling the specialist pipework systems supplying laboratory gases within a university science building. The pipework required precise routing and coordination within a complex building environment.

Daily interaction with the design team was necessary, as the building was being constructed while the model was being developed. This ensured that the model remained fully aligned with ongoing design updates and site conditions.

  • Mumbai Metro, Tunnelling Project

    Mumbai Metro, Tunnelling Project

This project focused on the production of detailed CAD drawings in accordance with engineering requirements for a major tunnelling scheme as part of the Mumbai Metro. The work required a clear understanding of technical specifications and strict adherence to design standards.

The scope covered the preparation of General Arrangement and section drawings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency to support design coordination and construction activities. Particular care was taken to present complex underground elements in a clear and interpretable format for engineering use.

  • Confidential Heritage Building

    Confidential Heritage Building

This project focused on the creation of a highly detailed 3D model of an existing heritage building, developed to Level of Detail 400 (LOD 400). The modelling process was driven by survey point cloud data, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and fidelity to the real-world structure.

Particular attention was given to capturing ornate architectural features, requiring careful interpretation of complex geometries and intricate detailing. In addition to the architectural components, the model incorporated structural elements and exposed MEP systems, resulting in a comprehensive and information-rich representation of the building.

  • Road Junction Improvement Works

    Road Junction Improvement Works

This project involved the development of a road design model in accordance with engineering requirements, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. The work included detailed modelling of the proposed junction layout, along with thorough checking of alignments and surface falls to ensure the design met required standards and performed effectively in terms of drainage and geometry.
